It's Your Story
Every one of us has a story about who we are — a narrative of who we should be and what our capabilities and restrictions are. These conscious and subconscious scripts create the blueprint that colors our perception of life, leading us to build shields and inflict self-imposed boundaries; which bring distress and constricts our lives and growth.
Blue Lotus Psychological Services offers a safe space to freely express, explore, play, and expand your consciousness. Serving as a trusted, non-judgmental, and compassionate guide on your journey, we will work collaboratively to uncover the happiest and most fulfilled version of yourself, your child, or your entire family — and to become it.
A Bit About Our Story
The private practice, Blue Lotus Psychological Services, was founded by Dr. Yana Lechtman.
At the heart of Blue Lotus' practice there is a deep commitment to foster a collaborative process tailored to fit your needs and style. A special focus is placed on interpersonal connection and the ability to understand and cope with any and all emotional experiences, effectively. While providing a safe and non-judgmental environment, we actively encourage an open and honest communication —and you can expect the same.
Within the Blue Lotus sanctuary, we will embark on a journey of exploring the root causes behind your emotional distress. We will celebrate and strengthen the factors that contribute to your well-being, while releasing those that no longer serve you. Understanding your personal history and aspirations for the future will serve as a compass, guiding us as we navigate this journey hand-in-hand. To further aid you on this transformative path, we employ an active and creative approach, providing you with practical tools to enhance your resilience and draw closer to the person you aspire to become. Embrace the opportunity for growth and self-discovery at Blue Lotus, where your personal evolution is cherished and nurtured.
